What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the information you type into it: your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number, company, project timeline, the service you’re interested in, your investment range, and whatever you tell us about your project.
If you join our mailing list, we store your email address and where you signed up from. That’s all.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and to run our business. Contact-form submissions are stored in our own database and may trigger an email notification to the studio so we don’t miss you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers who help us run the site.
Who we share it with
Our hosting provider (Vercel), our database provider (Neon), and — if enabled — our email provider (Resend). Each processes data on our behalf in order to deliver the site and our replies to you.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets one cookie, and only after you sign in to the private studio area: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. Visitors to the public site are not tracked with advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party ad pixels.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email france@riceandgravy.co and we will action it. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
